I became part of the EXIT Realty Capital City's family as I have a passion for helping people and a passion for real estate. The Huls Group at EXIT Realty Capital CC has a positive, passionate, honest team that is an inviting place to work and be able to assist you with your real estate needs.

I am a native Iowan from Tama County, growing up on a farm and in town I have had the best of rural and small town life. I attended Coe College for Vocal Music and Education and went on to perform around the world in shows and spent many years on Norwegian Cruise Line and Celebrity Cruises making as a Principle Vocalist and Production Manager. I have literally traveled from Penguins to Polar Bears and every coastal country in between. Seeing people's faces light up as I performed and making them engaged and happy is what motivated me and made for a passion of helping people in life. 

Being back in Tama County for many years has been the best decision as I am able to be with family and assist my community to keep it going. I work on the theatre Guild for the Wieting Theater, Sons of the American Legion Toledo, and volunteer with the Toledo EMS service.
